What is an assessment, and what is an Assessment Flow?
An assessment is an individual test, questionnaire or related set of measurements. You can run it on its own. An Assessment Flow is a saved sequence of selected assessments that run in order.
Assess includes 3 saved custom Assessment Flows; Assess+ includes unlimited saved custom Assessment Flows. The allowance counts saved flow designs, not assessment steps or completed sessions. Both annual plans include unlimited CST2 use and unlimited use of released standard library assessments, within the plan’s user, site and stored-participant limits.
Which assessments are available?
The existing CST2 software is available through its current product page. Contact us for current Cartwright Assess availability. Theassessment library roadmap shows assessments to enquire about alongside planned additions. Planned items have no confirmed release date; we will confirm the assessments available in your plan before purchase.
Can I build my own assessments without coding?
Assess+ includes a no-code assessment builder and unlimited custom assessments. Create your own assessments, run them individually or add them to an Assessment Flow. Self-service configuration is included. New calculation logic, bespoke development and integration services are separately reviewed and scoped before work begins.
How many assessors, sites and participant records are included?
Cartwright Assess: up to 3 named assessors, 2 additional admin-only accounts, 1 operating site and 1,000 stored participant records.
Cartwright Assess+: up to 10 named assessors, 5 additional admin-only accounts, 5 operating sites and 5,000 stored participant records.
These allowances apply to one licensed organisation and are shared across its included sites. The Assess+ allowances replace the Assess allowances.
How are participant records counted?
One record means one participant profile stored in your account, including its saved assessment history. Repeat assessments saved against the same profile do not use another participant record. All stored profiles, including historical profiles, count towards the allowance. This is a capacity limit at any one time and does not reset each year.
Both annual plans include unlimited CST2 use and unlimited use of released standard library assessments. The stored-participant limit still applies.
How do user accounts and sites work?
Each named account is for one person. Admin-only accounts are additional to the assessor allowance. An administrator who also performs assessments uses an assessor place.
An operating site is a permanent assessment base, branch or clinic of the licensed organisation. Temporary testing visits to client premises do not count as additional operating sites.
What if my organisation needs more capacity?
Contact us for an expansion quote covering additional assessors, sites or participant records. We will agree the scope and price with you before expanding your plan.
Can I combine software, equipment and training?
Yes. Talk to us about the equipment, training and software needed for your assessment service. CST2 training is included in the annual Assess plans. Any equipment, additional training, migration or setup services will be scoped and priced separately where required.
What has happened to CST2?
CST2+ is the improved CST2 offering being developed within Cartwright Assess. It keeps the test-credit model. The existing CST2 product remains available to purchase while the wider platform is developed.
Do I need an annual Assess plan to buy CST2 credits?
No annual Assess plan is required to buy current CST2 credits. The current CST2 product offers 100, 500 or 1,000 test credits, valid for one year from purchase.
Which plan includes participant records?
Cartwright Assess includes participant data storage, assessor and administrator portals and 3 saved custom Assessment Flows. Assess+ includes these capabilities and extends customisation and integration.
Are the free calculators staying available?
Yes. Our free calculators remain useful for individual calculations. The paid plans provide the testing and workflow capabilities described above.
Is the wider platform available now?
Get in touch for product details and current availability. We will help you choose a plan and confirm the available features, assessments and access options before you commit.
