Do I pay for a participant every year?

No. Adding a new participant uses one credit once. Keeping them in Cartwright Assess doesn't use another credit.

What happens when I assess them again?

A new standard assessment uses one credit.

Can I add my whole team?

Yes. Team members are unlimited. We don't charge per seat, so everyone who needs to measure fitness can use the account.

Do purchased credits expire?

Yes. Credits expire each year.

Can I use the same credits for different tests?

Yes. One credit balance works across the standard assessment library.

Do I have to store participant data?

No. You can run a fitness measurement anonymously, generate the PDF report and print or save it without creating a stored participant record. If you want history and comparisons over time, you can store the participant instead.
