Orders and Shipping
Orders usually take 2-5 working days to arrive for standard delivery. Any next day delivery orders will be sent out the same working day up until midday. The cut off for dispatch is midday.
If you need to amend your delivery address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email at sales@cartwrightfitness.co.uk and we will be able to amend any details for you as long as the order has not alreayd been dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with the tracking link. If for some reason you do not recieve the email, please get in touch with us at sales@cartwrightfitness.co.uk and we will be able to send you over the trackling link for your order
No. We do not keep any payment information on file.
We charge UK VAT on all UK orders. Any orders being sent outside the UK will not be charged VAT. For orders outside the UK, any VAT and duty that is liable would be payable by the reciver upon arrival into the delivery country.
We can deliver worldwide. If your delivery country is not an option at the checkout stage, please get in touch with us at sales@cartwrightfitness.co.uk and we will be able to help complete your order.
