Free Delivery UK orders over £99

If your total order value comes to £99 or more, you will get free delivery.

We send all orders out using a 1-2 working day service that is either tracked or sent with proof of postage. Delivery rates are based on weight and we are always looking for the cheapest and most efficient postage options for you.

Our aim is to dispatch your order the same working day if received by 2pm and have it with you within two business days.

Republic of Ireland and European Delivery

We send all Republic of Ireland and European orders out using a 2-5 working day service that is either tracked or sent with proof of postage. Delivery rates are based on weight, and we are constantly looking for the cheapest and most efficient postage options for you.

Our aim is to dispatch your order the same working day if received by 2pm and have it with you within two business days.

Worldwide Delivery

If you're located outside of the UK or Europe and would like to place an order. Then please get in contact with us by phone or email, and we will be able to give you an up to date postage quote based on your requirements.

Depending on your location, delivery is usually 2-5 working days and will always be sent fully tracked.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. We take extreme care to ensure your order arrives on the specified date; however Cartwright Fitness Limited is not responsible for orders that are delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Sometimes orders can be affected by couriers having to change their route, traffic or other situations that do sometimes occur.

Cartwright Fitness Limited is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.

Stock Availability

We carry stock on all the products listed on our website, but from time to time some products may become out of stock. If your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email straight away to let you know.

Refunds and Returns

We are happy to accept returns on any unopened and non-activated product. We must be notified of your intent and reason for return within 30 days of purchase.

Please notify us by email or telephone; we will deal with your request immediately and issue you with a returns reference and explain the next steps in returning your purchase.

Once you have contacted us and received your unique returns reference, you will then need to send the item back to us at your cost, and we will then issue a refund upon receipt of the unopened and non-activated product.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty product then please also contact us using the same method as above, by either email or telephone to notify us and obtain a returns reference. We must be informed within 30 days of your purchase.

Once we have been notified, the item will then need to be posted back to us with its original packaging at your cost. When we have received the item, we will carry out an inspection and then contact you immediately to discuss the next steps depending on the items fault.
