Professional Sit and Reach Box
This robust sit and reach box provides a simple, repeatable way to assess hamstring and lower-back flexibility. It is suitable for fitness professionals, occupational health teams, emergency services, education and sports testing.
The box uses a 15 cm fixed baseline and a magnetic measuring cursor to make readings easy to record consistently. The 55 cm scale is graduated in 0.5 cm increments.

The box was familiar to me. I have bought sinilar boxes from another company. The only thing I want to give feedback is that the measurenent tool (small L-shape bar) has no magnetic function. Other boxes I have use the bar was magnetic so it sticks to the box and the bar is easier to store with the box and measuring is easier. The box came were quickly.
