I was reticent about an armband HR monitor as I didn’t know how accurate it would be. However, I’ve have chest HR monitors and all have failed with the same issue. First one was a coospo one, worked fine to start with but then battery kept draining so had to take it out after every use, I got it replaced on guarantee but the same thing happened with the replacement. And when you keep taking the battery out I think this causes battery compartment seal failure so then moisture gets into the unit. So I instead got a wahoo tickr, but the same happened with that make, again I got a replacement on guarantee. So all in all, I had four chest HR monitors and all failed. So I thought I’d give an armband one a try, specifically these have a power button on them so they don’t suffer from battery drain, (with the HR monitor ones I assume you get battery failure when it doesn’t realise you’re not wearing it so it’s always on). As the armband one is rechargeable, it’s a closed unit, so there is no seal to perish so doesn’t suffer from moisture getting in to the unit. It powers on straight away and connects absolutely perfectly to Zwift app without any problems and the HR does appear pretty accurate. Very pleased with the purchase

This heart rate monitor is so easy to set up and use and works perfectly with my peloton bike. I can now see my heart rate constantly on screen which makes controlling it is very easy. Its early days but very impressed so far

It’s accurate, comfortable and pairs well with the Peloton.I wanted a device to be able to pop my HR up on the screen, bought a Fitbit and this didn’t work… Just gave me details of the workout on the app and didn’t show on the Peloton system. The Peloton monitor is 3x the price of this device and this is very similar in design being an arm strap and not chest strap.Would recommend.

Me and my wife both use this on our NordicTrack exercise bike. I have found the accuracy to be on par with my Apple Watch ultra, really pleased with it would highly recommend it.

Connects quickly and is as accurate as my wahoo chest strap. I place it just below my bicep with the sensor facing straight out. Don’t pull it on too tight though or you’ll end up with numb fingers.

The soft, perforated velcro straps (you get two) adjust easily. The unit is very light and easy to wear for hours at a time. It connected to my Garmin Edge 1030 Plus no problem. It takes perhaps 20-30 seconds to lock onto a pulse. Very light on battery usage, super rapid charging. If only I hadn’t put it somewhere where I can’t find it!! Aaargh!

Got this for my Nordictrack S22i bike. Easy to set up, immediate notification of heart rate on the bike display. Extremely useful. Very impressed with it though not tried it with any iPhone App.

I purchased this for my housemate to use as a fun heartrate monitor during horror streams on Twitch. So this review is also partially through experience of an app that it sends the information to.The monitor works fairly well but if I was to give an estimate on the accuracy I’d say it’s more around the 60% range after using other tools and witnessing the differences. If you’re not looking for specific monitoring but more of a general vibe, which can vary between 15bpm incorrectly in either direction, then this is worth the price. However if you want something accurate this isn’t for you.The strap is comfortable and it’s also easy to use. The on/off button itself isn’t the most obvious but once you get a feel for where it is, you wont have any issues. The battery is a good length for anything you’d use this for too.

Compatible application Ifit, rechargeable
