This pack is for ten individual Cobas b 101 HbA1c test disks. The HbA1c disks are for the Cobas b 101 testing device. The disk can determine HbA1c in 6 minutes. The results of the test display are % haemoglobin A1c (DCCT/NGSP) and mmol/mol haemoglobin A1c (IFCC).
The approximate relationship between HbA1c and average blood glucose during the preceding 2 to 3 months has been analysed by several studies.
After applying blood to the disk follow screen prompts. Ensure that the disk is inserted into the device within 8 minutes of the initial sample. After placing the disc into the machine close the lid to the device and the test begins. In less than 6 minutes results will show on the screen.
