The Chester Step Test is a popular multi-stage step assessment where the stepping rate is increased and the stepping heart rate is recorded, this handy pad allows you to collect client or patient data that allows for the estimation of aerobic capacity during the test.
Supplied in packs of 32 sheets (8 sheets per step height), the Chester Step Test data pads are a required if you do not have the automated Chester Step Test calculator or perhaps you prefer to collect the data points manually whilst performing the Chester Step Test.
The Chester Step graph collection pads are high-grade, not photocopies, that can often cause errors in the extrapolation of data. These pads are very popular with fire service personnel for quick and easy data collection.
