Agility Square Key Details

The Agility Square has been designed to improve the athlete’s speed, agility, and reaction, by specifically allowing the athlete and coach to focus on all aspects of the acceleration and deceleration phase in multiple directions whilst maintaining good body control. All whilst ensuring the athlete is moving at an intensity that will make a difference to their performance from the instant feedback given.

In any sport, the ability to cover ground at a higher speed will give the athlete a higher chance of success. With the instant feedback given from The Agility Square, it allows the athlete to ensure they are training at a speed/intensity that will truly make a difference to their performance. With the ability to set up The Agility Square in the athlete’s field of play it ensures the improvements seen in training will be instantly seen in the real-time play.

The Agility Square has been designed to truly allow the athlete to move with the same movement patterns in training as seen in real play. With the instant feedback given, it allows the athlete to recognise when they are moving at a speed to make a difference to their performance with the correct body shape, control, and dexterity.

The Agility Square is used for both diagnostics of athlete’s directional movement and highlights any imbalance in directional speed. It is also used as a training aid for the athlete within their training session, whilst ensuring the athlete is working at the right intensity, volume, and recovery periods.

The user interface has been designed to be as useable for the coach/athlete as possible and can be preprogrammed to be as specific to the athlete’s needs. Whether this is looking at improving their acceleration, deceleration phase or if the athlete wants to specifically work on their individual work to rest ratio relevant to their sport, it is quick and easy to do.

Our Agility Square Review

Imagine after your first session of using The Agility Square you instantly feel move switched on, more reactive you felt every position you hit or did not hit. You heard and saw what your speed was and now you want to move better, react quicker, MOVE FASTER. The determined, driven, competitive athlete can’t wait for the next session, being the constant perfectionist striving to improve every little aspect both physically and mentally.

The next session comes around, and you are buzzing, motivated and intent to improve. Fast forward to the 10th session you are hearing and seeing personal bests, you are now moving better in all directions, you are now reacting quicker, you are now MOVING FASTER. A game/match comes up and the opponent who has always been one step ahead in every way all of a sudden is one step behind, allow yourself a little smirk to know you trained smarter and harder than them and let your opponent see it.
