Accredited CST/CTT Trainers Course Overview
Designed to upskill suitably qualified Trainers with substantial experience using CST & CTT to be competent to deliver a training course to in-house Fitness Assessors to enable them to conduct CST & CTT fitness tests.
Pre Requisites
- Applicants must hold a Level 3 Trainer Certificate or healthcare equivalent professional qualifications
Syllabus
- Home-based completion of CST online seminar
- 2-day Workshop at ProHealth Clinic Chester inc. CST & CTT
- Self-monitoring 10 x in-house CST/CTT Fitness Administrator courses
- 1/2 day Teams seminar to discuss progress after 6-8 weeks
- Final sign-off as Accredited CST/CTT Trainer
- Valid for 3 years
